In a virtual reality (VR) session, we used 360-degree videos to reproduce a counseling session in VR that provides users an opportunity to vent out, without the fear of stigma or discrimination. With this research study, the goal is to compare the experience of interactive narration using 360 degree video on 2D screen and virtual reality in terms of its effect on participants with mild depression to seek counseling.
