The game is controlled entirely by a bike that is connected to the interfece . Pediling the would control the speed of the spaceship in our game.
High-intensity interval training (HIIT), also called high-intensity intermittent exercise (HIIE) or sprint interval training (SIT), is a form of interval training, an exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less-intense recovery periods. HIIT is a form of cardiovascular exercise. Usual HIIT sessions may vary from 4–30 minutes. These short, intense workouts provide improved athletic capacity and condition as well as improved glucose metabolism.

Cycling faster increases the speed of spacecraft. Cycling slower decreases the speed. There is no back cycling!
Based on the phase the player is in, the speed of the Yeti is changing so the player needs to adjust his speed according to the target speed shown on the screen. The Yeti is always chasing the player and gets closer to the player if the target speed is not satisfied. If this takes so long, Yeti will eventually attack you and you will never be able to go back to your planet!!!
